The homes were amazing if you have not seen them stop in to Jacobsen Homes Plant City and take a tour, I was very impressed and I do not impress easily. The modular homes really do look amazing like the pictures. One thing we also liked is that you can place one anyplace in the state and they offer from a tiny home to large.

Great experience @ Jacobsen Homes Plant City.

My entire family really did love the homes and my 22 year old daughter is designing and choosing all kinds of colors and cabinets and deciding what she wants in the near future.

As a recent Jacobsen homes buyer. I can not tell you how satisfied I am not only with Jacobsen the home builder but with Mark Malanowicz from the Plant City sales office. I had the pleasure of having him help me from start to the finish on my project. At 55 years old I retired and decided to move from Orlando to Sarasota and was lucky enough to find a lot in a community that not only my parents live in but my grandmother did as well.

Now I will not say that the entire process didn't come with some bumps in the road, but to be honest much of that is just from the lack of EVER going through the process of building a Mobile home vrs a brick and mortar home as I have done in the past. But Mark and his entire team was always there when I called with questions or concerns. Another key note I would like to mention is that the team that Jacobsen put together to complete my outdoor package went above and beyond as well to complete my entire project.

I am currently working with Marks other office at Citrus Homes in Brandenton, FL to install a unit for my brother who has just started the process. If I wasn't happy or for sure that the outcome wasn't far greater than the small issues that comes up I would have NEVER allowed him to move forward with this company. My brother actually read the reviews on his own and brought those concerns up to me so this is why I felt I must take the time to give you the opinion of someone else. I hope this helps anyone with questions or concerns you might have. Jacobsen is one of the few Manufactures that will allow you to make almost ANY changes to a model you like to fit your personal needs. That is huge for a buyer!! or at least it was for this buyer.....
